Arctic Mike was nothing short of amazing.
He was knowledgeable, kind, and most importantly, patient and respectful throughout the entire trip. As we were travelling with a 6-year-old, he went the extra mile to ensure her safety and comfort—and by the end of the trip, he had gained a new little fan.
