My friend and I went on a trip with Mike to the South Coast and everything from pick-up to drop-off was perfect. Not only did Mike take us to beautiful spots but he gave us crampons so that we could walk further from tourists. This made our trip feel so much more special and we were able to get some amazing pictures! Mike knows all the best angles!! We stopped on the way to pet some horses and they were very friendly. We also went on a little glacier walk and had some great conversations along the way. Mike is very knowledgeable about Iceland and the spots we were visiting so we learned a lot. I can’t forget to mention Mike’s homemade hot chocolate which was incredible!! Even after our trip Mike stayed in touch and gave us restaurant and activities recommendations. Overall, I could not recommend Mike enough it felt like we spent the day with a local friend who showed us around his favorite spots.
